Make-up lesson
Please note that cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to qualify for a make-up lesson. Absences submitted with less than 24 hours notice will not be eligible for a make-up class.
How to Schedule A Make Up
Please click on the location where your student is currently scheduled and submit the request for the make up class.
If you are submitting a make up request for the week days (Tuesdays-Fridays) please submit only on the day your child is available to swim, no later than 11:00am that same day.
If you are submitting a make up request for Saturday, please submit the request on Friday by 6:00pm.
If you are submitting a make up request for Sunday, please submit the request on Saturday by 6:00pm.
Requests for make-up classes submitted days in advance will not be considered. We are happy to check availability for make-up classes and will respond by 12:00pm (on the weekdays) and by 7:00pm (for the weekends) if there are any openings for today.
Please note that all make-up classes must be scheduled within two weeks of the missed lesson to help students stay consistent with both their swim progress and regular schedule.
